Ref Finance Orderbook

The Orderbook allows you to trade using liquidity on Orderly Network’s exchange contracts, using a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) like user interface.

The Ref Finance orderbook functions as follows:

1. Buy and Sell Orders: Traders can place buy and sell orders for any token listed on the platform.
2. Order Matching: When a buy/sell order match in terms of price and quantity, a trade is executed automatically by the orderbook. The price of the trade is determined by the best available price on the orderbook.
3. Orderbook Depth: The orderbook displays the depth of orders for each token pair, which is the total number of buy and sell orders at different price levels. Traders can use this information to assess the market sentiment and determine the best price at which to buy or sell a particular token.
4. Orderbook Aggregation: The Ref Finance orderbook aggregates liquidity from various decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and liquidity pools, providing traders with access to a larger pool of liquidity and better price discovery.

In summary, the Ref Finance orderbook provides a transparent, efficient, and decentralized mechanism for matching buy and sell orders on the platform built on top of Orderly Network, leveraging partners to keep on growing liquidity in the Near ecosystem.

Whilst talking about traders, it is timely that we are launching a trading competition with Orderly Network to bring traders to trade on the orderbook and have them compensated for their activities.

Campaign Period: 30 March 2023, 13:00 UTC — 15 April 2023, 00:00 UTC

How to participate:

Activity 1
First 25 users who make a trade on any trading pairs (min. USDC 100) on Ref Finance Orderbook during the campaign period will win a USD 100 bonus!

Activity 2
Top 10 users with the highest trading volume (any trading pairs) win a share of USD 7500 worth of REF. The campaign will be hosted on Ref Finance Orderbook.

Rewards (USD equivalent of $REF):
1st prize: USD 3000
2nd prize: USD 2000
3rd prize: USD 1000
4th & 5th: USD 500
6th — 10th: USD 100

• Winners will be announced on Orderly Network’s official Twitter account 7 days after the campaign.
• To be qualified for the reward, winners must complete the tasks listed.
• Participants are not eligible to win more than one prize.
• By submitting an entry, participants agree to the contest terms and conditions.

• Winners will receive the prizes within 4 weeks upon completion of submission of the relevant information for the delivery process.
• The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
